Mom's Surprise
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery Chopped
- 1 Can Condensed Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Package Stuffing Mix, Prepared
- 1 Can Green Beans Drained (Or Vegetable Of Your Choice)
- 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Or add your favorite)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, drain and add onion, celery, add 1 can mushroom soup and 3/4 cup sour cream. Mix together in pan and salt and pepper to taste. Put beef mixture in a casserole dish. Layer with green beans. Sprinkle on the cheese. Top with the prepared stuffing mix, spreading evenly. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour or until hot and bubbly at edges. Serve with a salad and enjoy!
